Worries, unnecessary meditation, ruminating in the past can be detrimental to happy life. It has been scientifically proven that when you border yourself much with worries you tend to live a short bitter life.
  Letting your mind wander can make your life totally miserable as it will keep bringing the negative past which will in turn hurt you. It is advised to focus on now and let go of the past in order to live a fulfilled happy life.

                  KINDNESS

 Being kind to people can brighten up your life and the resultant effect will be a happily lived life. 
Richard Davidson of University of Wisconsin said science has shown that when you are a source of help to people or you engage in generous or arms giving, this activities actually activate circuits in the brain that are key to fostering well-being. It's also natural to feel happy or derive pleasure by just knowing that you have helped or impacted to someones life.

Happiness can also be derived when you are appreciated by those you helped. This helps build a happy life.




                    SPEND WISELY

Careless and extravagant spending can make life not worth living let alone living it  happily. Research has shown that spending on experiences rather than items can make us derive more happiness.That doesn't mean  you shouldn't spend on normal items like gadgets, clothing, auto mobiles etc but care much be given to things we spend on and how much we pay to get the stuff. Good spending will help you build a happy and prosperous life.

                    SHUN MATERIALISM

When you are over desirous for material things you end up in the bad side because life doesn't give you all you crave for. So you have to balance your material life by shunning materialism.

Endless desire to have things you don't have the financial might to get will surely expose you to serious negative issues.

            LIMIT YOUR FRIENDS AND SOCIAL MEDIA INTERACTIONS

It obvious that 90% of helps we get come from family, friends and loved ones but in order to live a happy life you have to limit your friends even  on social media.

Plenty friends may breed hatred and jealousy, so choose your friends carefully and try as much as you can not to keep the number explosive. All you have to do is identify those friends that impact positively to your life or those that your lifestyle is compatible with then you wave the rest.

Also much friends on social media can inhibit your happiness, try not be a social media freak  as it can expose you, your career, family and  marriage or even lead you to scandal.
