TEEBLIZZ TO FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR ATTEMPTING SUICIDE



Suicide

Teeblizz, the husband to Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage will be facing charges for attempting to commit suicide at LEKKI BRIDGE  in Lagos State.

It is reported in some quarters in Lagos State that the Authorities have concluded to plans to institute a criminal action against him ( Teeblizz ) for trying to take his own life. Attempting to commit  Suicide is punishable in the Criminal Code and also under the Administration of Criminal Justice Laws of Lagos State.

Section 327 of the Criminal Code CAP C38, Laws of the Federation provides that ''any person who attempts to kill himself is guilty of Misdemeanor, and is liable to imprisonment for one year''

NOTE: When someones succeeds in committing suicide it won't be considered an offense punishable under the Law but when the suicide fails or the person is caught on the process of attempting it, he/she will be sentenced to a year in prison. However, Teeblizz may incarcerated for one year in Lagos Prison for making a suicide attempt on his life.

Recall that Teeblizz has fallen out with the wife for allegedly cheating on him with some couple of celebrities. The accusation which his wife vehemently denied.

More so he was also questioned for taking cocaine as alleged by the wife in the interview video with Pulse TV. Remember, another  Nigerian music artist Davido was also questioned by Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency [NDLEA] for substances which appeared to be cocaine in his hit video FANS MI which he featured American Rapper MEEK MILL.
